NEUROPUBLIC’s Path4Med project launches funding open call

News ◦ 04—12—2025

As part of the European Horizon Europe project “Path4Med” in which NEUROPUBLIC participates, an open call for funding with a total budget of €500,000 has been announced to finance five sub-projects, with a budget of up to €100,000 per project. Only individual public bodies (not consortia) belonging to countries in the Mediterranean, Western Balkans, Black Sea, and Baltic Sea regions are eligible to participate.

The call covers nine categories of solutions ranging from innovative data monitoring and analysis strategies (IoT, Earth Observation, digital twins, AI, etc.) and information services for producers and advisors, to technologies for reducing nutrients and agrochemical residues, policy frameworks, and smart irrigation and fertilization systems. Applicants must select at least one of the categories and implement one or more solutions based on the needs and priorities of their region. Combining solutions, either within the same category or across different categories, is encouraged, provided that this is in line with regional needs and remains feasible within the scope of the project.

The process began on October 29, 2025, and will remain open until January 30, 2026, at 17:00 CET, with selected projects starting in July 2026. The implementation period is 9 months, divided into 3 phases. Applications must be submitted exclusively online via the platform opencalls.fund
