Regulatory Compliance

NEUROPUBLIC places particular emphasis on Regulatory Compliance, implementing policies, procedures, and mechanisms that ensure alignment with the applicable legal, regulatory, and ethical framework. Compliance is not merely an obligation, but a core value of the company — one that fosters transparency, accountability, and trust among employees, customers, partners, and supervisory authorities.

Our approach is based on the prevention of non-compliant behavior, the promotion of a culture of integrity, and the continuous improvement of our control and governance systems.

Anti-Bribery Management System (ISO 37001)

As part of its commitment to integrity and sound business practices, NEUROPUBLIC implements an Anti-Bribery Management System in accordance with the international standard ISO 37001:2016.

This system aims to prevent, detect, and effectively manage incidents of bribery, through clearly defined policies, procedures, and internal control mechanisms. It promotes transparency in all transactions, engages both the company’s personnel and its partners, and is supported by targeted training, whistleblowing channels, and mechanisms for continuous monitoring and improvement.

Whistleblowing

NEUROPUBLIC has established and implements a Whistleblowing Reporting System, which enables employees, partners, suppliers, clients, and any other interested party to report, safely and confidentially, any indication or suspicion of violations of legislation, policies, regulations, or codes of conduct.

The reporting system is fully compliant with the provisions of Law 4990/2022, which protects individuals who report breaches of the Union or national law (whistleblowers).

Reporting System

Reports can be submitted through the dedicated communication channel: [email protected]

Reports may be submitted either anonymously or with identification. All reports are assessed confidentially and discreetly, with full respect for the rights and protection of the reporting person, as well as all parties involved.

Processing of Personal Data

The processing of personal data contained in reports is carried out in accordance with:

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR),
  • Greek Law 4624/2019,
  • ISO 27701 for privacy information management, and
  • the Company’s Data Protection Policy.

Information submitted through the whistleblowing channel is stored securely, retained only for as long as necessary, and is not disclosed to unauthorized persons.

Prohibition of Retaliation

NEUROPUBLIC is committed to protecting any person who submits a report in good faith against any form of retaliation, intimidation, discrimination, or obstruction. The company’s zero-tolerance policy on retaliation is fully embedded in its management system and is monitored regularly.
