NEUROPUBLIC hosts Three Days of Innovation, Collaboration and AI for Integrated Rural-Urban Development

NEUROPUBLIC was pleased to host the PoliRuralPlus Jackdaw Code Camp on 16–18 June 2026 at our gaiasense HUB premises in Piraeus, Greece, bringing together consortium partners, developers, researchers, and innovators for three inspiring days of collaboration.

The Code Camp combined hands-on technical sessions, live demonstrations, and collaborative discussions to accelerate the development of the Jackdaw platform. Participants worked on generative AI applications, intelligent agents, and key components of the PoliRuralPlus technology stack, contributing to digital solutions that support smarter and more resilient rural communities across Europe.

One of the highlights was the synergy session with the Horizon Europe project Farmtopia, titled “Farmtopia software components as interoperable building blocks for rural agritech innovation “, where participants explored interoperability, exchanged experiences, and identified new opportunities for collaboration across the European innovation ecosystem.

The event demonstrated the value of co-creation and multidisciplinary teamwork in transforming innovative ideas into practical digital solutions for agriculture and integrated rural-urban development.
