NEUROPUBLIC is officially a member of GODAN (Global Open Data for Agriculture and Nutrition – http://www.godan.info), a global initiative which supports the proactive sharing of open data to make information about agriculture and nutrition available, accessible and usable to deal with the urgent challenge of ensuring world food security. NEUROPUBLIC designs and develops Smart Farming services which are based on different data types, including open satellite data available through the Copernicus program of the European Space Agency (ESA – http://www.esa.int/ESA). Through its smart farming services, NEUROPUBLIC aims to lower the cost of food production thus making food more accessible to everyone.

GODAN focuses on building high-level support among governments, policymakers, international organizations and business and promotes collaboration to harness the growing volume of data generated by new technologies to solve long-standing problems and to benefit farmers and the health of consumers. It is a rapidly growing network of over 319 partners from government, international and private sector organisations all committed to making data relevant to agriculture and nutrition available, accessible and usable worldwide through the agreement to a joint Statement of Purpose.
