At Nea Vyssa of Orestiada, the application of gaiasense’s smart farming services on garlic cultivation – for which the area is renowned – has started.
The gaiasense system is being applied to cotton cultivation in Orestiada, a crop for the irrigation, fertilization and crop protection of which the necessary scientific models have been developed.
In cooperation with the Agricultural Cooperative Venus Growers, gaiasense’s smart faming services are being applied successfully to peach cultivation.
In cooperation with the innovative Pegasus Agricultural Cooperative / 7 Grapes, smart farming services for irrigation, fertilisation and crop protection have been developed and are being applied for the cultivation of grapes.
In cooperation with Agricultural Cooperatives’ Union of Argolida, gaiasense is being applied to the cultivation of citrus fruits in Argolida, a region with long tradition in the specific cultivation.
The cooperation between SEKE (Cooperative Union of Greek Tobacco Producers) and NEUROPUBLIC constitutes the first application of smart farming services to tobacco cultivation on a global level, a crop with special financial importance for Greece.
The Greening application supports the displaying of directives, which include the obligations that stem from the regulatory requirements and which have to be realized in their entirety, in order for the beneficiaries to receive 100% of the green subsidy without penalties.
The “GI ICM – Integrated Cultivation Management” application is distinguished for the multiple functions that it can implement, aiming at the proper management and monitoring of an individual or group agricultural holding (group or organisation of producers).
The “GS Measure 6.1 – Young Farmers” application constitutes a useful tool for the agricultural consultants, as it permits the immediate update of the interested parties regarding the fullness of the eligibility criteria of the Measure in question, while calculating the allocation of points and subsidy amount that they can receive.
The application allows for the quick and easy filling in and upkeep of the Goat and Sheep Registry and confers the capability of remote use and printing of the relevant documents.
The application is a useful tool for the agricultural consultant, in order for him to easily and safely conduct the necessary pre-admission to the Measure 11 check on behalf of the farmer interested.
The “GI Trace – Traceability” application provides the capability of managing the production process, maintaining of traceability and the implementation of quality assurance systems to the separate stages of production in an agricultural goods production unit.
The “GM-REVEXP – Revenue and Expenditure Management” application has been designed in order to constitute a complete, autonomous and updated programme for monitoring the financial obligations of everyone who is obliged to record their transactions.
The “GM Business Plan – Business Plan” application has been developed in order to calculate the cost and the expected revenue for each sector of production, per quarter-acre or per animal.
The “GS Net” application is the digital communication and networking space of all who are involved with the agrifood sector (producers, agricultural consultants, researchers, consumers, etc.).
The “GI Livestock – Livestock Farms Management” application provides multiple features for the proper management of a group of animal breeders or for an individual livestock farm.
The “Field Collect – On-site Observations Management” application is installed on smartphones and supports filed observations while conducting on-site checks.
The “GM VATREF – VAT Refund Management” application makes it easy for the producers to submit the VAT Refund Form.
The “GAIA DASIKA – Agricultural and Forest Parcels’ Land Use Advisory Service” application aims to inform the interested parties with regard to the characterization of their parcels and to issue personalized solutions.
